Reasonably clean, good value hotel, the location was exceptionally nice not far from restaurants/cafes and the surrounding mountains and the town centre. Everyone we met from the staff was very amiable. We loved sitting in the restaurant at the first floor;)))

The location is excellent as it is close to a bus stop, and the staff are flexible, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to meet expectations.

The staff were charming. Breakfast was good.
There were no tea/coffee- facilities. It would have been nice to have had a bath as requested, but the shower was good nevertheless. The hotel was just a bit too far from the city centre.
